How does the free trial work?
You add a card when you start, but you are not charged for 14 days. We email you a few days before your trial ends. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing. If you keep going, your card is charged $19.99 a month for each child until you cancel.
Why do you ask for a card for a free trial?
Two reasons. It lets your plan continue without a gap if you love it, and it's how we confirm that a grown-up is giving permission for a child to use Wander Lab, which the law requires for kids under 13.
Why is it priced per child?
Every conversation your child has with Arf runs on a powerful AI that costs us money each time it answers. Pricing per child keeps it fair, much like an AI subscription for an adult is priced per person.
How do I cancel?
In Parent Bridge, go to Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel. It takes one click. If you cancel during your free trial, you are never charged. If you cancel later, Wander Lab stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I add or remove a child later?
Yes. Adding a child adds $19.99 a month (during your trial, nothing is charged until it ends). You can also lower the number of children you pay for anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
Like other AI subscriptions, we don't offer refunds. You can cancel anytime, online, in one step, and you won't be charged again. Charged by mistake? Write to us at info@everbot.tech and we'll fix it.
