Getting started

Everything you need, in six steps.

   Sign up and start your free trial

   Create your parent account, confirm your email, then add a card to start your 14-day free trial.

   Add your child

   Parent Bridge > My Children > Add Child. First name, grade, birth month and year, and a picture. A PIN is optional.

   Set up their device

   Parent Bridge > My Children > Kid devices. Tap "My kids use this device," or scan the code with their tablet.

   Choose time limits

   Open your child's page in Parent Bridge. The default is 1 hour at a time (then a 15-minute break) and 2 hours a day.

   Read your daily note

   Every evening you get an email with what your child explored and a dinner question. You can read every conversation in Parent Bridge.

6. 6

   Know where the controls are

   Pause your child, delete conversations, or download your data under your child's page and Settings > Privacy. Cancel under Settings > Subscription.
